Exercise Vlog

Lyndsey requested a good exercise for toning the bottom and back of the legs but, in exchange, she had to be my "demo girl".  I have a great one that I thought I would share!  You can do at home with just a mat (or towel) and a stability ball.  We've got more fo' ya if you like them and want more like this...

Hamstring Curl on the Ball...

cracking up. and i wish i was there, but i'm also kind of glad that you weren't able to kick my butt! glad you posted this though. i always say that i had two booties. and one of them is on the back of my thigh!

That's excellent. I WAS JUST doing the first part of this workout with my stability ball at home the other day. I'll have to add that second part to it next.

I also like to lift the ball up, squeezing it between ankles, so that the ball in my ankles is parallel with my waist, then I grab it with my hands, then squeezing the ball I bring the ball behind my head, all while lying on my mat. Then, I toss the ball to just above my waist/thighs, while trying to catch the ball with my feet again, in mid-air. This works my abs pretty good :)
